Can you move your ChatGPT history to Claude?

Not with a built-in feature. Claude can import a summary of what ChatGPT remembers about you, but not your conversations. To bring the conversations, export them from ChatGPT and add them to a Claude project as files, which is what Move My Chat prepares.

Can Gemini import ChatGPT or Claude chats?

Yes, outside the EU, UK and Switzerland. Gemini takes the export zip and shows the chat text in its sidebar, without images, files or projects. In other countries there is no built-in import.

Every move starts with the official data export. What it holds decides what can come with you.
